Now there can be a lot of different manners to measure the quality of a piece of music.

A. The story behind the song. An example of that could be what lead up to the song being in existence, historical events and the response to these events, we can see that in protest songs of the 1970’s

B. Record Sales and Spins on media. (Example; Number of plays on commercial radio or physical sales.)

C. The lyrics, or the message of the song.

D. The rhythm, the artistry of the manner the instrument is used within a song.
